Why I Chose A Level Media

Ive always loved film and television, so getting the opportunity to see what goes on behind the camera seem like a great opportunity. Media also plays a very large role the degree I hope to study at university. When watching television I love watching the advertisements for product purely to see how the company have chosen to represent there product. my favourite kind of advertisement are irrelevant comical ones, as the all stick in my mind and make me more curious of the product.
At GCSE my favourite subject was history, this was because it sparked my interest and there was a lot of desiccation involved in lesson. I felt that media could do the same thing as it is something I'm genuinely interested in and there would be a lot of team work and discussion involved through out the year.
